Welcome to the 2nd International Conference "Russian Electronics: the Revival Strategy" (CivEl - 2010)

In 2010 the conference is held simultaneously with the 20th International Conference "GraphiCon".

The idea to arrange a joint conference is consistent: electronics and information technologies are connected links in one entity that determines effectiveness of the social structure and overall economic development. Experience sharing, review of new projects, considering concrete proposals and working out strategies of Russian electronic industry development are core subjects of discussion. The conference will result in establishing of the Electronics Engineering Association of Russia, which will be formed by industry experts, representatives of science and manufacturers.

The conference will take place on September 20 - 22 in the Saint Petersburg State University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics, one of 29 Russian research universities.

We would like to invite everyone who is interested in the future of Russian electronics to take part in plenary and break-out sessions.
